Soliton Technologies and its subsidiaries (collectively “Soliton“, or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a positive experience on our Company Data/Information and in using our products and services (“Solution” or “Solutions“).

“Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Soliton also collects name, contact number (optional), email id, organization, account details, work details, information on how you heard about us, messages through our website from different CTA’s (Call-To-Action) to understand prospects’ needs and potential. Soliton may also receive your personal information from business partners, authorized distributors and resellers if you purchase our Solutions through one of these partners. This data may be combined with the other information Soliton collects from third parties and might include aggregate level or specific data.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:
(i) Soliton is committed to protecting the Personal Data the Users share with Us. We use industry-standard security measures, at the minimum those mandated under Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and read with Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, to safeguard and protect your data and information. (ii) Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data while it is being transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we have industry-standard procedures and security features in place to reasonably endeavour to prevent unauthorized access. We recommend you take every precaution in protecting your Personal Information when they you on the Internet. For example, change passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, and make sure a secure browser is used. (iii) Retention of Personal Information – Personal Data shall be Processed and stored for only as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Soliton does not knowingly collect data from or about children under 16 without the permission of parent(s)/guardian(s). If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND YOUR EUROPEAN UNION PRIVACY RIGHTS
Soliton reserves the right to share your information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law. In the event of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
